SUBSTANCE: after liver resection in patients with colorectal metastases the determination is performed for degree of metastases differentiation and expressin CK 20, β-cat, Ki 67 Max, wherein for β-cat nuclear expression is also defined, and for Ki 67 Max - proliferation index ≤30% or >30%, then using the Molecular Factors table contained in the description, depending on the type of differentiation degree the significance levels of detected factors are determined, the resulting points are summed, then the prediction of relapse free survival P(M) is made using formula and with P(M) of 100-66 points the relapse less survivability prognosis is poor, the risk of relapse development is predicted within 12 months, with 65-40 pints the prognosis is moderate, risk of relapse development is within 12-23.9 months, with 39-10 points - the prognosis is good, the relapse development risk is either absent or is predicted after 24 months.

EFFECT: precision of prognosis of disease relapse after liver resection regarding metastatic colorectal cancer.
