SUBSTANCE: method of electric energy generation involves the electrolyte pumping through the reactor having two electrodes with the holes one of which is covered with dielectric on the side directed to electrolyte flow, the effective load is connected to electrodes and from the power source of the starting unit positive potential is sent to first electrode and negative potential is sent to the second one, after the reactor is saturated with gases and ions the power source of starting unit is turned off. The device for realization of said method is also being patented.
