FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely oncology, and may be used in treating locally advanced and disseminated abdominal cancer. For this purpose fluorescent diagnosing is carried out at first. It is followed by uniform laser irradiation of the whole peritoneum with using a light guide. The light guide is provided with a diffuser and placed in a cylindrical hollow conductor made of laser-impermeable plastic. On a distal end of the hollow conductor there is a working window size of which is matched to length of the diffuser and which provides light distribution to 180 degrees. Power density makes 6 J/cm2.
EFFECT: method allows higher level of operative ablast ensured by generated exposure to radiation of certain density covering both existing advanced peritoneal lesion, and also microdisseminates detected by fluorescent diagnosing only.
