SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to oncology. Intravenous introduction of the photosensitiser is followed by photodynamic exposure to a radiation source at wave length 662 nm. First, a photon photosensitizer is introduced in dose of 1 mg/kg of body weight. Surgical removal of recurrent tumor and enlarged lymphadenectomy of regional and distant lymph nodes, formed surgical field are presented in the form of a grid diagram. Then loops of the thin, large intestine and ureters are screened with disposable vinyl acetate linen, with the help of flexible monofibre end light guides there is performed photodynamic exposure to irradiation energy density from 76 to 80 J/cm². Total dose of radiation energy is from 76 to 720 J according to the number of irradiation fields, which varies from 1 to 9 depending on the prevalence of the tumor process, irradiation fields diameter up to 5 cm depending on tumor process prevalence. In a particular case, the radiation source has power density of 0.1 to 0.2 mW/cm².

EFFECT: method enables increasing the level of ablastics and reducing the risk of progression of the disease in the form of repeated recurrence, regional and remote metastasis in recurrent locally advanced small pelvic tumors with underlying local radiation injuries.
