FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method of processing lignocellulose material involves feeding solid components - finely ground material - into a sealed vessel, feeding liquid components - water and sulphuric acid solution - into the sealed vessel, stirring the obtained suspension and treating with steam. After loading the finely ground material into sealed container, low pressure of about 0.05 atm (5 kPa) is created in said sealed vessel and deaeration is carried out before feeding water into the sealed vessel. Feeding liquid components into the sealed vessel and stirring the obtained suspension is performed while maintaining the created low pressure. The suspension is treated with steam in a steam injector, wherein before feeding the suspension to the inlet of the steam injector, the suspension is cooled to temperature 20-30°C, and the suspension from the outlet of the steam injector is cooled and decanted into two streams: the first stream - keg and the second - centrate.
EFFECT: use of the present invention cuts processing time and power consumption while simultaneously increasing efficiency of processing the material.
