SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dairy products industry and may be used for processed cheese products manufacture. The processed cheese product composition contains fatty cream cheese, skimmed curd, table milk margarine, a cheese-melting salt represented by "Solva 820", cocoa powder, sugar sand, flavour fillers, for example, hazelnuts or walnuts or raisins, "Calcimax" mineral enriching agent and a biologically active additive with "Minamoto" green tea, drinking water.
EFFECT: invention allows to improve organoleptic indices with simultaneously low prime cost, enhance nutrition value, impart prebiotic and antioxidant properties to the product, increase calcium content in the ready product up to 18-20% of its recommended daily rate of consumption for school-aged children.
