SUBSTANCE: invention relates to formation of new structures of neodymium phosphates and catalysts for polymerising conjugated dienes using said phosphates, and can be used in production of 1,4-homopolymers and 1,4-copolymers in the industry of synthetic rubber. Neodymium aryl phosphates have general formula where R1, R2 denote alkyl or halogen or aryl, R3 denotes alkyl or halogen or aryl or hydrogen, R4 denotes alkyl or aryl, R5, R6 denote phosphate or halogen or alkyl or aryl. The catalyst for polymerising conjugated dienes is obtained by reacting these aryl phosphates with an alkylating agent - organoaluminium compound or with an alkylating agent - organoaluminium compound and a chlorinating agent.

EFFECT: possibility of obtaining 1,4-cis-polybutadiene with 97-100% content of 1,4-cis-components.
