FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to thoracic surgery and can be used in case of trachea injuries. Essence of method lies in circular cut of trachea and application of simple interrupted suture through annular ligament. Single guide provisory sutures are applied on trachea 0.5 cm from its fibro-cartilaginous part, entire membranous wall being sewn with uninterrupted blanket suture. After that, the middle of trachea semicircle is determined. In this place two interrupted guide holder-sutures, which pass through cartilage thickness, are applied. After that, the following interrupted sutures are applied through annular ligament. Said sutures are tied up alternately with respect to holder-sutures.
EFFECT: application of claimed invention makes it possible to increase anastomosis strength and is aimed at increasing suture sealing.
