SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery. Sutures are applied on an anteriolateral tracheal surface in an anastomosis area. For this purpose, the nickelide-titanium filament is passed through the adventitial shell from an anastomosis upwards on 2 cartilaginous semi-rings of the trachea. After that, the thread short end is taken on the holder, and the long end of the thread is used for application of the reinforcement seam. Long end of the suture is drawn on the opposite side of an anteriolateral tracheal surface below anastomosis on 2 cartilaginous semi-rings. It is then passed through an adventitious shell up to the anastomosis, then above the anastomosis and then through an adventitious shell upward on 2 cartilaginous tracheal semi-rings, followed by downward to other side of anterolateral surface of trachea and then upwards through an adventitial shell to anastomosis. After that ends of threads are interconnected.

EFFECT: method enables preventing the tracheo-tracheal anastomosis, further strengthening it, accelerating the tracheo-tracheal anastomosis.
