FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: sensor has at least one light-emitting optical fibre, one light-receiving optical fibre and a non-electroconductive element which expands as its temperature varies, such that it blocks the emitted light in a varying manner. The light-receiving optical fibre transmits light intensity and change in light intensity to an electronic device with a control circuit based on a feedback loop and a reference signal. The electronic device includes a light intensity analyser which analyses changes in intensity of light received by the receiving optical fibre.
EFFECT: minimising vibrations and compensation for changes in device components.
