EFFECT: technical task of the proposed invention is provision of normalized environmental safety for service personnel during prolonged operation, by maintaining a predetermined operating mode of the filtering element for removing harmful odors during fertilizer granulation, due to wind wheel and impeller made from composite material, including metal base from aluminum and external coating from rubber-carbon fibers.
