FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: electroconductive unit comprises the following: an electroconductive structure, which includes the following: a substrate (31, 152, 252, 352, 452); an electroconductive carbon layer (33, 155, 254, 354, 454), available on at least one surface of the substrate and comprising electroconductive carbon; and an intermediate layer (32, 154, 256, 356, 456), arranged between the substrate and the electroconductive carbon layer. Ratio of intensities R (Id/Ig) of intensity (Id) of maximum of D-strip to intensity (IG) of maximum of G-strip measured with the help of spectral analysis of Raman scattering in the electroconductive carbon layer, makes 1.3 or more.
EFFECT: higher corrosion resistance and electric conductivity of an electroconductive unit.
