SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to food products containing biologically active substances. The method for production of dry grain distillery slop envisages thermal treatment of preliminarily sieved dry grain distillery slop at a temperature of 220…240°C during 2.5-3.5 minutes.
EFFECT: invention allows to enhance dry grain distillery slop quality and ensure the possibility of usage of the distillery slop as a food additive to various food products.
