SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to methods and systems of cardiac three-dimensional X-ray and ultrasound tomography. In method of superposing images of ventricular epicardium of heart X-ray and ultrasound images are formed. One or more anatomical signs are invisible within ultrasound images. Statistical model for determination of positions of invisible signs relative to visible in ultrasound data signs is formed. One or more anatomical signs, visible within X-ray images, are identified. Ultrasound and X-ray images of ventricular epicardium of heart are superposed on the basis of presentation of anatomical sign, invisible in ultrasound images, and identification of anatomical sign, visible within X-ray images. To realise the method system of image superposition, including processor, memory for storing programme-realising commands for realisation of method stages, is used.
EFFECT: application of the invention makes it possible to avoid ventruculography and contrasting of large volume of ventricular epicardium of heart.
