FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to boron- and fluorine-containing compositions which can be used as high-energy components of condensed energy systems, for example gunpowder, pyrotechnic and explosive compositions and composite solid propellants. First, ultrafine polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is added to a graphite oxide-containing aqueous gel in a predetermined amount and the mixture is stirred with intense activation action of until complete transfer of hydrophobic particles of PTFE from the surface into the volume of the aqueous gel; a solution of dodecahydro-closo-dodecaboric acid is then added to the formed homogeneous gel in an amount which provides molar ratio of graphite oxide to the dodecahydro-closo-dodecaboric acid in the mixture of 1:(0.1-0.3).
EFFECT: method is safe and prevents contamination of the obtained compositions.
