SUBSTANCE: device relates to a scanning probe microscope and is designed for simultaneous operation of a scanning probe microscope and an optical microscope with display of data on a computer screen. The optical microscope has a basic element with a cover on which is mounted an optoelectronic device with a lens and a CCD array, which is interfaced with a three-axis manipulator, a two-axis manipulator interfaced with an illuminator, as well as a unit for fixing the basic element on the platform of the scanning probe microscope.
EFFECT: broader functional capabilities of the scanning probe microscope.
