FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: ultrasonic devulcaniser of continuous action refers to devices for processing of polymer materials, including elastomers for obtaining different shaped products. Ultrasonic emitters are installed in the extrusion device cylinder by means of fixtures. A screw has disruptive coils in attachment places of ultrasonic emitters. Ultrasonic emitters allow obtaining both a devulcanisate and different rubber technical fabricated parts with constant dimensions. The screw grips material supplied through a loading opening and transports it to a forming die; on the way from loading to the forming tool the material is exposed to ultrasonic emission and additional resistance appearing out of projecting parts of ultrasonic emitters; as a result, a channel of the specified cross section is formed at the outlet of the forming die. The ultrasonic devulcaniser represents an extrusion device with radially located ultrasonic emitters installed in the cylinder. Ultrasonic converters with emitters that are located on mixture movement way are installed in the cylinder by means of fixtures. The screw has disruptive coils in installation places of projecting parts of ultrasonic emitters.

EFFECT: providing stable processing of polymers, providing high productive capacity, efficiency and possibility of obtaining shaped products of the specified cross section.
