SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machinery industry and can be used in machines for feed production. The rotary mower with a tiered conditioner comprises a cutting device with rotating discs 2 and knives 3 hingedly mounted on with. On the discs 2 the drums are rigidly vertically fastened representing truncated cones 4 with beater rods 5 in their upper part. The beater rods 5 are tubes of circular section and are mounted at the upper part of the truncated cones 4 in rigidly fixed diametrically opposed sleeves 6. The outer part of the sleeve 6 is made flush with the generators of the truncated cones 4. The symmetry axis of the diametrically opposed sleeves 6 is parallel and/or perpendicular to the knives 3 of the discs 2. The beater rods 5 are attached by the split-pinned fingers 7 located in the openings made in the beater rods 5 and the part of the sleeves 6 which is located inside the truncated cones 4. To avoid entering into the truncated cones 4 of the vegetation mass they are equipped with caps 8 which are mounted at the top of the truncated cones 4.

EFFECT: rotary mower provides high quality processing of mowed plants.
