SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of organic chemistry, namely to a method for producing 5-amino-3H-pyrrole-4-carbonitriles derivatives of the general formula (1), where R1=C6H5, X=S (1a); R1=4-MeC6H4, X=O (1b); R1=C6H5, X=S (1c); R1=CH3, X=S (1d), having in the structure in the third position of the 3H-pyrrole ring a carbonyl-containing substituent or a spiro-linked furan ring. Method involves the interaction of 4-oxoalkane-1,1,2,2-tetracarbonitrile with a secondary amine in a solvent, characterized in that 4-oxo-4-phenylbutane-1,1,2,2-tetracarbonitrile is used as 4-oxoalkane-1,1,2,2-tetracarbonitrile, or 4-oxo-4-(p-tolyl)buta-1,1,2,2-tetracarbonitrile, or 3-methyl-4-oxo-4-phenylbuta-1,1,2,2-tetracarbonitrile, or 3-methyl-4-oxopentane-1,1,2,2-tetracarbonitrile, and morpholine or thiomorpholine is used as a secondary amine in a molar ratio of the starting components of 1:3, and the interaction is carried out in a mixture of acetonitrile : diethyl ether in a volume ratio of 2:1 at a temperature of 0–5 °C. .

EFFECT: new method of 5-amino-3H-pyrrole-4-carbonitrile derivatives, which can be used as biologically active compounds and in fine organic synthesis, is developed.
