FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to dermatology. Spectrophotometric intradermal analysis is carried out. At the first stage content of epidermal and dermal melanin in neoplasm is assessed quantitatively. At the second stage quantity of dermal collagen and vessels in neoplasm is assessed. Diagnostic group is determined on the basis of said two stages. If index of dermal collagen and vessels is from 30 to 45, as well as if content of epidermal and dermal melanin is from 10.5 to 31.2 pigment non-melanocytic neoplasms of skin are diagnosed. If values of index of dermal collagen and vessels are higher than 46 and content of epidermal and dermal melanin is from 31.3 to 48, benign non-melanocytic neoplasms of skin are diagnosed. If values of index of dermal collagen and vessels is lower than 18, content of epidermal and dermal melanin is higher than 48, skin melanoma is diagnosed. Further, in case of presence of melanocytic genesis of neoplasm presence of symptom of blood flow re-distribution to periphery is determined: if in case of benign melanocytic neoplasm of skin it is positive, junction nevus is diagnosed. If it is negative, complex or intradermal nevus is diagnosed. In case of skin melanoma, in case of absence of blood flow re-distribution to periphery, melanoma in situ is suspected. In case of its presence, melanoma is confirmed.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to optimise early diagnostics of skin melanoma due to specificity of applied indices, carry out differential diagnostics with benign melanocytic neoplasms of skin and carry out differential diagnostics of skin melanoma with diseases of non-melanocytic genesis.
