SUBSTANCE: what is used as a criterion is I factor distribution histogram, including a difference of light flux intensities in the channels R and B; the unimodal right distribution is considered as an evidence of crystallisation preparation, which the left distribution testifies to demineralisation preparation; the near-normal distribution shows an amorphous mineral deposition as a reserve; the bi- and polymodal distributions are considered to be a sign of the oppositely directed functional intended use of amorphous minerals in any bone structure.
EFFECT: invention may be used in pathomorphological diagnosis of disturbed mineralisation as shown by bone biopsy material.
