SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel substituted N-[2-(1-adamantylamino)-2-oxoethyl]-N-(aminoalkyl)amides of nitrobenzoic acids of general formula I and physiologically acceptable salts thereof, preferably hydrochlorides, having antiarrhythmic, specifically antifibrillatory activity. In formula I, the nitro group can be in located in different positions of the phenyl ring, R¹ can be hydrogen or (C₁-C₂)-alkyl, R² can be (C₁-C₂)-alkyl or together with the nitrogen atom (NR² ₂) can be a saturated heterocyclic ring such as morpholine or piperdidine, n can be equal to 2-3.
