SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an agent for inhibiting the human poly(ADP-ribose)polymerase-1 enzyme, which is 6-acetyl-7;9-dihydroxy-8,9b-dimethyl-2-ethylid-2,11-ene-1,9b,2,3-tetrahydro-11-N-carboxyphenylmethylamino-1,3-dioxodibenzofuran of general formula (I): Said agent exhibits specific inhibiting action on the human poly(ADP-ribose)polymerase-1 (PARP-1) enzyme.
EFFECT: cheap method, wider range of specific inhibitors of said enzyme and enabling use in developing drugs in clinical medicine.
