SUBSTANCE: main housing (1) of the iron comprises an ironing surface (6) which front end part (6a) and rear end part (6b) are narrowed, and a concave part (14) of receiving electric power supply, comprising contacts (15) for receiving electric power supply. The stand (16) comprises a part (17) for the installation, on which the main housing (1) of the iron is installed at an angle with its raised front side, a convex part (18) of feeding electric power supply that comprises electrodes (20), and a receiving part (24). During installation of the cordless iron with the main housing (1) of the iron on the stand (16), the rear end part (6b) is located in the receiving part (24), the part (14) of receiving electric power supply and the part (18) of feeding electric power supply are installed together, and the contacts (15) for receiving electric power supply and electrodes (20) are electrically connected. Moreover, part of the contacts (15) for receiving electric power supply, connected to the electrodes (20) is located in front of the rear end part (6b).

EFFECT: area of ironing surface, heat capacity is provided, and the rear end part can be made narrowed, the rear end part can be seen.
