FIELD: biotechnologies.

SUBSTANCE: qualitative and quantitative chromatography-mass spectrometric analysis of the tested biological material is performed for content of fatty acids and oxyacids; identification of a separate taxon of a microorganism is separated and performed as per its (taxon) profile and marker signs; for that purpose, specific ions of microorganism ions are determined by means of a mass fragmentography method with further determination of a full biocenosis of microorganisms (activators, taxons) in the investigated material of biological origin; applying an internal standard (template) method, components of the sample are identified as per fatty acids and oxyacids by comparing the obtained data to the standard database, and their quantitative content is determined; with that, before the measurement of a series of routine clinic samples of the tested material is carried out, a random sample of excrements is taken, thus accepting it as a reference mixture; based on the reference mixture, a chromatogram is built, and as per the obtained qualitative and quantitative characteristics of biocenosis of microorganisms of the sample of this reference mixture there determined are peaks of specific ions on time scale of retention for further calculation of composition of biocenosis of microorganisms in further series of clinic samples as per markers of those microorganisms; with that, qualitative and quantitative characteristics of biocenosis of microorganisms of the random excrement sample are taken as required and sufficient quantity characterising any tested material of biological origin, and identification of specific ion is performed based on detection of peaks of chromatogram of markers from standard (test) database.

EFFECT: improving accuracy and reliability; simplifying calibration.
