SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemical methods of microorganisms investigation and can be used for analysis in medicine, ecology, biotechnology or veterinary science. For this purpose, specific selective ions which are markers characteristic of microorganisms are determined by chromatography-mass spectrometry. Based on the obtained data, the total load of each type of microorganisms is determined and grouped into resistant and transistor groups, and the percentage ratio of anaerobic microorganisms is calculated. Further, an allowable interval of deviations from the norm of a specific biotope is determined, and a reference range for each group of microorganisms is calculated.

EFFECT: invention enables to determine microbial communities in a biological origin of biological fluids and human tissues for controlling treatment of patients, as well as in monitoring and correcting intestinal dysbiosis; in addition, the invention can be used in controlling analysis of animals or plants.
