SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, particularly cardiology. A patient's pulse time signal is detected by measuring a pulse wave velocity. Patient's accelerometer data are determined. The patient is located by a constant component of the accelerometer data. The pulse time signal is rated for a patient's location. An additional operation is started, or a blood pressure value is obtained taking into account the pulse time signal or the constant component of the accelerometer data. A method is implemented by using a system that comprises: a block, an accelerometer, and a control unit.

EFFECT: group of inventions enables controlling the patient's blood pressure that provides excluding any false alarms and/or excess complementary cuff-measured blood pressures.
