FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention belongs to measuring equipment and can be used as a sensitive element in sensors of mechanical values. The glued semi-conductor strain-gauge resistor contains a polymeric substrate, on which with one surface a strain-gauge sensitive strip lies completely. On an opposite surface of a strip there are metal film sites, which partially block it, except middle and end parts. The dielectric dividing film closes the central part of a strain-gauge sensitive strip and a part of metal film sites. Blocking end parts of all films, there are two contact sites, thus distance between the specified contact sites is more than the distance between metal film sites, but is less, than length of a dividing dielectric film.
EFFECT: invention provides for reduction of mechanical tensions between elements participating in transfer of object deformation to a strain-gauge strip.
