SUBSTANCE: method envisages recipe components preparation, fresh white cabbages and Brussels sprouts chopping and freezing, carrots grating, apples, greens and smoked fish fillet cutting, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, the listed components mixing with mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt, the produced mixture packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method ensures reduction of the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
