FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a mobile communication system. The communication system includes said subscriber cells (CSG), which allow use via an indicated mobile terminal and non-indicated user cells (non-CSG), which allow use via non-indicated mobile terminals, in which the mobile terminal performs cell selection when receiving cell identification information (physical cell identifier), consisting of information allocated to each communication cell. Identification information which identifies CSG cells, operating in open access mode, is included in cell identification information.
EFFECT: reduced power consumption of a mobile terminal during multiple cell search.
