FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly, to materials intended for production of laminate permeable materials. It can be used in medicine for production of functionally-gradient implants. Exothermal mix of powders of initial components is prepared at their ratio to ensure its self-maintained combustion to produce the granulation. Layer-by-layer compaction of the blank is performed at alternation of coarse and fine pellets at equal or different compaction pressure. Then, self-propagating high-temperature synthesis is carried out followed by cooling of produced material in vacuum.

EFFECT: porous material with wide range of pores and high breaking point.
