FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices with compound movement of output links used at supporting the operation of process machines, shopfloor machines, presses. A handler comprises a transmission gear with a driving link and an output link, an actuator with a driving link being the output link of the transmission gear, as well as output links with jaws for item gripping and a solid cam with profiled slots for the interaction with the output links of the actuator, and a drive. The transmission gear driving link is made as a cam moving reciprocally, and the transmission gear output link is kinematically connected to the driving one by an intermediate link moving progressively in the plane perpendicular to the cam movement plane.

EFFECT: invention provides for improved accuracy of operation and increased efficiency with low energy inputs.
