FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to mechanisms of dosing, suitable for application in devices for the medication supply, in particular in injectors of a pen type, preferably having a device for a dose setting and a drive device, allowing to introduce a medication from a cartridge for multiple intake of the medication. The device for the medication supply contains a case, which has proximal and distal ends, a reservoir for a medication and a dosing mechanism. The reservoir for a medication is intended for getting into engagement with the distal end of the case by engagement of the first means of engagement with the second means of engagement. The dosing mechanism contains a piston rod, capable of moving in the distal direction for supply of the medication and the drive device for the movement of the piston rod in the distal direction for the medication supply. The reservoir for a medication contains the actuating means for the actuation of the guiding means in the guiding position. The guiding means directs the piston rod to supply the medication. The first means of engagement and the second means of engagement can come into an engagement by the movement of the reservoir for a medication, which ends with the rotary movement without the axial movement of the reservoir for a medication relative the case. The actuating means, in this way, brings the guiding means into the guiding position. In the second version of implementation the device for the medication supply contains the blocking means, which does not rotate relative to the case and which can come into an engagement with the guiding means, blocking, in this way the guiding means, not to allow rotation of the guiding means relative to the case.
EFFECT: invention ensures an advantage of simplicity replacing the cartridge for the medication almost without application of pressure to the cartridge cork inside the cartridge before the first installation and the dose supply.
