SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, particularly, to door of metallurgical furnace tap hole. Said door comprises bottom movable panel for removal and top movable panel to be opened for observation and interference with respect to fused metal. Said bottom movable panel and top movable panel are arranged ahead of short tunnel made in furnace wall for access to melting crucible located ahead of the door to discharge slag for closing said short tunnel. Door top panel for slag discharge is inclined outward to displace from the furnace and upward, primarily in inclined position relative to furnace wall. Door bottom panel for slag discharge can displace like an excavator into and from the furnace for removal of slag from the furnace melting crucible and for feed of various materials blocking the door alter, for example, scrap.
