FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: monosilane is obtained in a fluidised bed reactor in two steps. At the calcium hydride synthesis step, calcium metal is dispersed into tailings with particle size less than or equal to 30 mcm and hydrogen is then passed through the obtained material to obtain a calcium hydride charge. At the reduction step, silicon tetrafluoride is passed through said calcium hydride charge to obtain monosilane and calcium fluoride.
EFFECT: obtaining products of high purity, high efficiency.
