FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of obtaining A-secotriterpene C-3(28) mono- and diamides and their 2,3-secointermediates by fragmentation of triterpene α-hydroxyoximes and α-ketoximes under the influence of at least one acidic dehydrating agent with chlorinating properties with formation in a reaction mixture of chloroanhydride of carbonyl(or carboxyl)-containing 2,3-secointermediate. Processing of the reaction mixture with amine leads to obtaining 2,3-secotriterpene amide. A-secotriterpene C-3(28) mono- and diamindes are obtained by simplified technology.
EFFECT: reduction of expenditures for their synthesis and considerable increase of the target product output.
