FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: method of balancing a metal toothed resonator of the solid-state wave gyroscope consists in the following: parameters of an unbalanced mass are measured, the mass, subjected to removal from each balancing tooth, is calculated, and the unbalanced mass is removed from the surface of balancing teeth by electrochemical dissolution. Each tooth is submerged into the separate bath with electrolyte, and preliminarily calculated electric charge, value of which is regulated by the time of passing constant current, is passed through the surface of each tooth.

EFFECT: increased accuracy of removal of the mass from the balancing tooth.
