FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: membrane comprises a positively charged synthetic hydrophobic polymer, a hydrophilic polymer and a softening agent. The above membrane is flexible and capable of providing one of the cell adhesion, the cell proliferation or the cell differentiation. Besides, the invention refers to using the membrane when making implantable devices, including the cell delivery systems, the cell growth surfaces and frames. There are described methods for promoting the tissue regeneration within the defect tissue with using the membranes.
