FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: what is described is a method for producing a pharmaceutical composition for photodynamic therapy in the form phospholipid nanoparticles based on chlorine E6 bis(N-methyl-D-glucamine)monosodium salt, maltose and phosphatidylcholine. The method consists in adding an aqueous solution of N-methyl-D-glucamine and a solution of sodium hydroxide to an aqueous suspension of chlorine E6. That is followed by adding an aqueous solution of maltose and mixing with an aqueous emulsion of phosphatidylcholine. Further, the produced suspension is exposed to 6-8 homogenisation cycles under pressure 600-1000 atm at temperature 40-50°C, which is followed by sterilisation filtration and lyophilisation.
EFFECT: invention provides implementing the above application.
