FIELD: physics, optics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a sleeve for a fibre-optic node through which a fibre-optic element can be pulled without damage. The sleeve is designed for branching part of an optical cable having a fibre-optic element installed in the housing of a fibre-optic node. Part of the optical cable has a cut-out part in which the sheath of said optical cable is partially removed. The sleeve comprises guides for branching optical cable, a recess surrounding a naked fibre-optic element and a bending element located on the end part of the recess and coming out of the recess in a bent form.
EFFECT: providing access to a fibre-optic element without damage.
