FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine. A cylindrical holder for a pharmaceutical agent container in a tip of a surgical instrument for drilling human or animal body's dense tissues and injecting the pharmaceutical agent into the tissues, is configured to connect an injection needle with the container, and comprises a tubular body (311) for the container. The tubular body (311) comprises contact areas representing bridges (313) formed between slots (312) arranged circumferentially in rows; the bridges (313) are bent inside the cylindrical holder (3). The invention also concerns the surgical instrument for drilling the human or animal body's dense tissues and injecting the pharmaceutical agent into the tissues, comprising the tip and the above cylindrical holder (3).
EFFECT: group of inventions enables using the holder for containers of various diameters and distributing the bridge load uniformly, as well as provides a coaxial support of the container in relation to the cylindrical holder.
