SUBSTANCE: one preliminarily prepares the following initial components: alcohol infusion of dried Chinese magnolia vine berries and a mixture of green loose-leaf beichao tea and peppermint leaves. Chinese magnolia vine berries milled into particles 0.09-4.1mm are poured with 50-60% ethyl alcohol at a ratio of 1:(9-11) and maintained during no less than 15 days; a mixture of green loose-leaf beichao tea and peppermint leaves is prepared at a weight ratio of (10-30):1. Then one performs primary extraction of the prepared mixture with 85-95°C water at a ratio of 1:(15-19) during 1-15 minutes with subsequent dividing into a filtrate and a sediment. Then the sediment is extracted with 85-95°C water at a ratio of 1:(20-25) during 1-10 minutes. Then one performs dividing into a filtrate and a sediment. The produced filtrates are combined till dry substances content in the extract is equal to 0.5-1.0% and weight content of caffeine is equal to 300-500 mg/dm3. Then blend is prepared from the initial components. The beverage contains the following components, kg/100 dal: fruit juice - 150-550, water extract of a mixture of green loose-leaf beichao tea and peppermint leaves - 270-530, pectin concentrate with weight fraction of pectin substances - 3.5-4.5% - 96-106, alcohol infusion of dried Chinese magnolia vine berries - 0.6-1.1.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce a tonic beverage with radioprotective and adaptogenic properties.
