FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves simulating osteoporosis in Wistar female rats by a bilateral ovariectomy and osteoporotic changes and pharmacological correction of pathological conditions with rosuvastatin 0.86 mg/kg intragastrically daily in a single dose once a day.
EFFECT: using the method enables increasing the bone blood supply that promotes delaying osteoporosis and creating the favourable environment for the fracture union.
