SUBSTANCE: beverage contains the following ingredients per 100 cm3 of the ready product: concentrated white grape juice - 5.5-6.5 g, highly concentrated hydrophilous extract of red leaves extraction cake produced after CO2-extraction - 3.5-4.5 g, sugar sand - 2.5-3.5 g, citric acid - 0.05-0.15 g, sodium benzoate - 0.15-0.17 g, treated water - balance.
EFFECT: alcohol-free beverage stable in terms of quality, with biological value increased independent of grape processing season; expansion of healthy nutrition products range in the consumer market.
