FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to electric engineering, in particular, to gas compression devices for fuel cells. The fuel-cell battery or electrolytic-cell battery comprises a variety of cells, which guarantee and maintain compression of the inner contact. In order to distribute compressive efforts evenly within the whole active electrolytic zone the frame with the central opening is placed in the upper part of the battery between the resilient plate and the upper plate. Closed opening forms a compression chamber equipped with compressed gas from the cathode inlet, at that the elastic plate provides evenly distributed efforts within the whole active electrolytic zone.
EFFECT: improving reliability by exclusion of mechanical springs and an external source of compressed air.
