FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method is implemented by total score of six main micromorphological parameters of tumour node tissue: differentiation degree, cell polymorphism, mitotic tumour cell activity, invasive growth nature, lymphohysteocytic infiltration degree, tumour emboli in the stroma vessels. Each parameter is assigned with the points. Composite score of malignancy is determined by simple addition of the points of the six above micromorphological parameters. If total score is 14 and less, the 95% favourable prognosis is made. The total score of 15 and more enables predicting of the unfavourable outcome of the disease.
EFFECT: invention enables selecting the adequate individual treatment for the patient.
