FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of measurement of instantaneous and average capacity spent to generate oscillations of working medium in pulsation apparatuses. The method to detect capacity in a pulsation apparatus equipped by an electromechanical drive comprising a motor connected with a mechanism of reciprocal motion, the stem of which is connected to an oscillation exciter made in the form of bellows, or a membrane, or a piston, which forms with the body of the pulsation apparatus a gas filled pulsation chamber, consists in the fact that they continuously measure values of pressure in the pulsation chamber of the pulsation apparatus p(t), stem motion x(t). Instantaneous capacity spent to generate oscillations of working medium in the pulsation apparatus is calculated using the formula Nm(t)=υpS (1), where Nm - instantaneous capacity, W; υ - stem speed, m2/s; p - pressure pulled in an elastic element, Pa; S - bellows area, m2.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of detection of instantaneous and average capacity in a pulsation apparatus regardless of thermal mode of an apparatus.
