SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine-building and can be used in machines for fodder production. Rotary mowing machine with conditioner contains bearing bar with even number of rotating discs. On discs blades are fixed and drums with beater bars. Beater bars have concave form and are installed in upper part of drums by means of cuts of rectangular form made in perpendicular planes at different height on vertical, in marquee-like or cup-like way perpendicular or parallel to blades. Beater bars are fastened inside drums by means of splint pins in thrust manner.

EFFECT: increasing efficiency of fodder production.
