FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: system of cultivation of pluripotent stem cells consists of interconnected control system and a cultivation unit. The cultivation unit comprises one or more compartments of cultivation with a device of administering the agent, that modifies the epigenetic status of the cell, mounted on it, at least one device of administration, at least one modifier restoring the genetic status of the cell responsible for cell cycle device, the device of administering nitrogen monoxide, the device of administering proliferation inhibitor, and the device of administering the inhibitor of apoptosis. And the said devices are made with the ability of moving along the outer side of the unit of cultivation of pluripotent stem cells, and alternate administering of their contents into the compartments of cultivation.
EFFECT: system enables to grow pluripotent stem cells, to maintain their life sustaining and to prevent carcinogenesis of differentiated cells subsequently received from them.
