FIELD: biotechnologies.

SUBSTANCE: method of producing of pluripotent stem cells is offered which comprises the process of dedifferentiation of somatic cells, cultivation of induced pluripotent stem cells in the presence of the agent modifying the epigenetic status of the cell, and cultivation of stem cells in the absence of the named agent. The process of dedifferentiation of somatic cells is performed by means of their modification using the reprogramming factors in the medium containing GSK126 methyl transferase inhibitor, and cultivation of the induced pluripotent stem cells in the presence of the agent modifying the epigenetic status of the cell is performed in the medium containing Vakh and Bak proteins.

EFFECT: invention allows to produce the induced pluripotent stem cells capable to full afterripening and capable to be differentiated in cells with low probability of development of their carcinogenesis, increase of rate of producing of the pluripotent stem cells and the differentiated cells produced from them afterwards.
